• Take ownership & have deep understanding of Flight product’s behavior and technical journey, as well airline and supply partners system and process.
• Work with team with multiple nationalities & backgrounds to maintain system stability, meet operational metrics & be prepared for mitigating disruptions
• Responsible to coordinate & gather feedback from internal & external stakeholders
• Have the Understanding of business, user, and technical context to manage projects & make necessary decision for product operation.
• Take responsibility to coordinate problems analysis and do what it takes to solve within a short period of time
