Responsibilities
– Responsible for strategy plan for brand creative & content
– Responsible for all creative & content that produced
– Content Planning, Analyzing & Reporting
– Lead brainstorming / creative sessions to generate ideas
– Collaboration with marketing team to create content / campaign that align with brand identity
– Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
– Supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines
– Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

Requirements
– Min 5+ years working within the brand role, ideally within creative, marketing, design, and digital marketing in both agencies or in-house teams
– Creative storytelling with excellent verbal and written both Bahasa Indonesia and English
– Demonstrated understanding of brand in both digital & offline media platforms and ad metrics
– Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking and experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
– Any background in design and creativity across all mediums
– Great presentation skills. The ability to clearly explain and defend your work in meetings and reviews
– Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns with eyes on details without losing sight of the big picture
– Able to coach and mentor team members
– Understanding of KOL Management sense is a plus
