Responsibilities
– You should be expected to solve interesting engineering problems, help establish well-designed engineering processes/cultures, and ship high-quality products.
– Lead team, support for technical stack and also manage team for 1 on 1 sessions

Requirements
– At least 5 years of experience as Engineering lead especially in backend team with Golang experience
– Experience working in a startup-like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment, value incremental progress over perfection
– A proven track record of taking an idea and making it happen through the entire software development lifecycle
– Experience working with container-based (docker) cloud-based environments
– Experience with some scaling challenges on backend systems
– Have an interest in helping us define engineering process and culture, more importantly – believe in our mission to bring positivity to the content creator economy across South East Asia
