Implement HR policiesin accordance with Nalagenetics’ internalpolicies, ISO 13485 and ISO 27001
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and liaise with the various stakeholders for their hiring needs.
• Maintain screening checklistand obtain all necessary documents from candidate employees
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of staff and interns
• Organize and managenew employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
• Prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, e.g. NDA, Employment Contracts, Recruitment guides
• Responsible for creationand termination of accounts for communication, documentation and HRIS system for each staff
• Maintain and update Nalagenetics’ HRIS system (Talenox)
• Maintain confidentiality of personal and confidential documents
• Responsible for engagement activities in Indonesia for all ID staff
