Description
You will be a manager of individual contributors that act as a squad lead which consists engineers from multiple discipline (Backend, Web, Android, QA, and SDET)
Working closely with Product Manager / Associate Product Manager, Business Development Team, and Technical Program Manager to ensure department’s product initiatives can be achieved.
Report directly to the Engineering Manager II and ensure the delivery of squad level OKR and Engineering score cards.
Contribute to the day to day engineering excellence and solve production issues according to the given SLA.
Responsible to groom engineers by having a: regular sharing session, creating a learning modules, and contribute to the new engineering onboarding process
Actively contribute to the hiring process: Participate in interview sessions and create interview questions.
Create an RFC of complex initiatives and be responsible for the execution deliverables.

Requirements
More than 3 years of experience in software development industry.
Have at least 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer that become a person in charge for multiple projects.
Have at least 2 year of experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban) and excel in Project Management tools such as JIRA.
Generalist with specific expertise on either backend, Android, Front-end, QA, SDET or DevOps.
Cloud Infrastructure: Expert with one or several cloud services such as: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure services and technologies.
Excel with one of those programming languages: Node JS, Go, JAVA, or Kotlin.
Experience with building the IT infrastructure from scratch.
Experienced in handling highly available systems with high throughput transactional environment.
Big or unicorn startup background is preferred.
