– New SME borrowers acquisition
– Work with SME and/or partners to tailor lending program to serve SME borrowers
– Work closely with management to formulate and spearhead company lending strategy
– Strong leadership experience – ideally with 5-8 years of leadership in Banking or Fintech Lending setting
– Strong commercial acumen and risk management
