Min 2 years of relevant working experience (experience in Fintech company is a plus)

Having potential leads to be converted as a partner with the Lending/Funding products by Komunal
Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
Strong project management skills and ability to manage projects end-to-end and identify critical milestones and resources to mobilize the internal team to deliver effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
Strong documentation, research, presentation, and logical and structural thinking
skills.
Technical appetite and aptitude sensitivity – be able to translate business case or
partner needs to technical requirements and work with cross-functional teams to
realize the idea
Language: Business proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking in Bahasa and English
to work with international stakeholders
