You will be an integral part of growth on Desty Page – a social commerce whose mission is to help SMB and content creators in Indonesia go online and monetize, especially the affiliators! Desty Page positions itself as a helpful friend to help its customers grow their businesses through our suite of growing tools, and we are the best link-in-bio builder for online sellers and affiliators! To support our expanding business, we are looking for a passionate individual to help us build and grow our community. This will involve managing daily customer interactions on social media platforms, planning and execution of social media content, helping sellers and affiliates grow faster with Desty Page.

Job Description:
– Planning, executing social media content plan in a timely manner.
– Monitoring, reviewing and optimizing content for better engagement and growth.
– Identifying initiatives to be included in the marketing strategy.
– Hands-on experience in content management.
– Able to deliver creative content, being hands-on in content management and creation.
– Able to write creative briefs
– Be a talent for TikTok and Instagram reels content
– Involve and contribute to handling telegram community group

Requirements:
– Final semester of Communication subject/field Area
– Understand how to optimize content and reach more audience
– Have experience as creator of TikTok and Instagram Reels
– Strong can-do attitude and Self-Driven Mindset
– Have experience of leading a team at university
– Fluent in Bahasa and English, Written and Verbally
