Partner with Head of HR to plan and organize HR strategy and initiative to improve organizational effectiveness.
Partner and communicate with relevant stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and providing support as necessary.
Take charge of talent acquisition execution including defining the job brief from stakeholders, interviewing, reference checking and offering qualified candidates.
Be the culture ambassador for Desty and drive any activities to improve organizational culture and engagement.
Provide onboarding supports, monitor the probation and employee development plan.
Assist in HR Operation activities including 1 on 1 interviews with employees, exit interviews, surveys, event planning, payroll administration, and timely submission of employees performance data such as OKR as well as performance feedback.
Manage employee disciplinary and issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to navigate challenging cases.
Bachelor degree from any major
Minimum 2 years of HR Business Partner experience including 1 year in talent acquisition.
Sounds knowledge in Indonesia labor law and regulations.
Good communication and follow up skills.
Flexible, open minded, meticulous and passionate individual.
Good English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
