-Translate and prioritise the operation fulfilment requirements based on predicted impact and complexity of implementation, and help make sure we are delivering great delivery user experience.
>Lead the execution of end-to-end product development process; starting from requirement gathering, detailed requirements building, and preparing roll-out strategies
>Resolves technical/ working level issues in a product development process, ensuring product development targets are met.
-Work closely with the management team on formulating the pricing strategy.
– Conduct data analysis and gathering information from the field to gain key insights for next process and product improvement
– Work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, merchandising, operations to implement product features and enhancements
– Takes ownership of product development performance metrics in the area of responsibility
