· Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis.
· Design, develop, and implement Aruna’s learning and development programs that align with the Training Needs Analysis.
· Create learning journey for all positions to boost employee performance.
· Evaluate the implementation of learning and development programs and initiatives to measure trainee satisfaction, program effectiveness, and future improvement.
· At least 6 years experience in Training and People Development (in Tech Company would be advantage)
· Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis, performance management, job evaluation, position description, and competence on every level (blue collar and white collar)
· Proven experience on drafting, making, and executing learning design
