• Prepare, develop, and execute test plans across Hijra products and services
• Triage incoming defects, refine the reports whenever necessary
• Collaborate with other stakeholders (product, front-end, back-end, etc) to formulate functional specifications
• Track regressions, evaluate each release for its quality bar
• Drive cross-functional quality assurance efforts
