• Executing important parts of Alami Group growth strategy; you set up campaign kickoffs and know how to manage multi-discipline teams (creative designers, content, performance, PR, customer service, operations, brand marketing, business development, and finance) to make sure everyone is well informed and aligned and to ensure the campaign targets are reached.
• Strategic set-up & executing of campaigns; which includes: setting clear campaign KPIs and ensure the execution is done smoothly within timeline.
• Developing strategic (annual) plans based on company OKR – Developing relationships and always try to find opportunity to build partnerships among other leading parties (horizontal and vertical brands). Going from pilots to first campaigns and from the first campaign to a longer-term of beneficial partnerships.
• On an ad hoc and as-needed basis: managing a diverse set of projects for Alami group related to sales/marketing, such as Influencer marketing, product launches, brand and marketing projects.
• Have an external view and leverage data and market trends as well as insights in collaboration with other stakeholders to be able to continuously improve our way of working campaign ideation so we stay lead within the category.
