Description
Develop a clear operational understanding of various activities and institute realistic and practical controls.
Support the team to ensure controls are appropriately designed and executed, and ensure identification, escalation, and mitigation of operational risk.
Ensure proper execution and oversight of selected control initiatives.
Willingness to work on tasks beyond Operations Control e.g. Warehouse, Fraud.
Provide regular updates and reporting to Senior Management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Having experience working as an Audit Consultant and Operations Control or related background is a plus.
Detailed working knowledge of operational risk and control processes and practices.
Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills for analysis.
Task-oriented with strong Prioritization Skills.
Good communicator and team player.
Strong proficiency in English.
Strong Project Management Skills.
Technologically savvy.
