Responsibilities:
Foster a good working relationship with partner companies (give assistance on tech ecosystem preparation, identify and solve partner’s problems/needs, collect their feedback on partnership or product, organize marketing event with a partner if necessary)
Builds relationships with internal and external community partners to keep in touch with various activities
Perform data entry and manage partner/lead database.
Working together with the Business Team to improve partnership system & program and boost partner activation
Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with partners.

Requirements:
At least 4 years experience in Partnership.
Having a partnership with a Chemical or Agricultural company will be preferable.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Have a big interest in startups, agriculture, and entrepreneurial environments.
Have an ability to build relationships & collaborate with others
Able to learn fast and is eager to learn in a new environment.
Able to join as soon as possible will be preferable.
Fluency in English and Bahasa.
