Doctors, nurses and other medical personnel are currently at the forefront of Indonesia’s efforts to tackle the Corona virus outbreak. Unlike those of us who can isolate themselves, they interact directly with patients who have or are indicated to be infected with COVID-19. Medical professionals rely on personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect them from the risk of transmission. Until the end of March 2020, the availability of PPE in Indonesia is running low. Without adequate supplies, they are vulnerable to being infected with COVID-19.

Unequal distribution of PPE makes many health facilities, especially in regions, vulnerable to the spread of the Corona virus because they are forced to use non-standard security equipment. Indonesia PASTI BISA Safeguards PPE Distribution

Indonesia PASTI BISA Jaga APD uses e-commerce technology to gather PPE requests from health workers throughout Indonesia.

East Ventures collaborates with Sirclo, and PTS builds a platform that facilitates the process of fulfilling PPE needs for providers (producers or suppliers), donors (individuals and corporations), and those who need PPE (facilities and health workers). We are committed to channeling PPE to the right parties, namely medical workers who work at the forefront.

In addition, we ensure that available products meet the right standards for each intended use. Indonesia PASTI BISA also works with the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs to empower SMEs as a PPE provider. Through this initiative, thousands of SME garment producers in Indonesia whose businesses were affected by the COVID-19 outbreak could return to production and be involved in efforts to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

Supply

  4. Fulfill the order once notified

Accuracy

Assure all donations are not misused and are handed to recipients in need.

Providers and recipients are pre-verified to avoid potential fraud and abuse.
