Role Descriptions:
– Formulate the long-term product strategy, half yearly OKRs, and strategic initiatives to ensure delivery of key business goals
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a product roadmap; Ship impactful features that help us delight our partners across Aruna Ecosystem and increase their trust
– Lead cross-functional team in Aruna product domain to develop products and drive the growth of the company
– Capture insights from partners feedback, experiments, research, and data analysis to identify trends and pinpoint the drivers behind them; Translate these insights into tactical solutions to improve the product both on the back end side to the front end side
– Be a partners in Aruna Ecosystem(such as fisherman, factory and buyer) advocate; Articulate their needs and deliver user-friendly solutions to solve their problems
– Lead the execution of the product development cycle under the domain Aruna -Ecosystem (such as fisherman, factory and buyer), working together with top-level stakeholders in engineering, data, finance, other product domains, and other business units
– Be the finance team advocate; making sure that we understand their pain points and deliver solutions to erase their pain points
– Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data and logic.
– Take primary accountability for the performance metrics related to the domain, and shared accountability for shared domains and other related department.
– Mentor direct reports, and lead by example

Job Requirements:
– At least 7 years of product management experience
– A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering or management
– An entrepreneurial mindset; Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment
– Data-oriented with excellent analytical skills; Able to dig into data to discover nuances, and define & measure success on every project
– Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
– Able to lead a team of few PMs
– Able to work with agile product development teams and identify new ways to help your team be effective. Experience of working with distributed teams is desired
– Fluent in English and a confident communicator. Being empathetic to customer and colleagues
